Q I have registered but i have not received my username and password yet.

A If you provided a valid email address during registration you should have received your Username and Password within five minutes. Some email servers seem to be treating the incoming mail as junk and filtering it out. Currently AOL and government email address's are known to do this. Contact your club secretary who can reset your password and will take note of your username and password

Q Where do i login to my members area?

A You can Login in to your members area at www.cyclingireland.ie/membersarea

Q I cannot login to my members area?

A Make sure you are typing in your username and passward correctly. If you still cannot login, press the forgot password link at the members login area. You will be emailed a new password. If you still have difficulty logging in please contact Cycling Ireland.

Q How do i know if i have applied for a licence?

A In you members area select view licences from the Licences section. This page provides a list of all licences associated with you.

Q My Licence is not the correct grade.

A By default all members registering from the cycling ireland website above junior level are given a S3 licence. This will be vetted by your club secretary before you can make payment for this licence and he/she will adjust the licence accordingly.

Q My club administrator has vetted my licence and it is still not the correct grade, how do i delete it?

A In your members area select view licences from the Licences section. Select the red cross, for delete, assocciated with the licence you wish to delete.

Q How do i apply for a licence in future?

A In your members area select request licence from the Licences section. ( NB: you will not have this option if you are not full vetted by your club administrator or cycling ireland). Select the appropriate year and licence type. You cannot pay for a licence until your club administrator has vetted you licence request.

Q I cannot find where to pay for my licence.

A You cannot pay for any licence until you receive a confirmation email informing you that you can do so. To pay for a licence you should login to your members area and select the link in the Members Alert Area to the number of licences you have awaiting payment. If you are able to make payment on a licence you will have a "buy now" button under the Paid field on your list of licences. If your Paid field has the letter "N" it means you have not been fully vetted by your club secretary or cyclingireland.

Q PayPal will not accept my credit card.

A If you have previously paid for a License, possibly for a family member, with your credit card you will have to register with PayPal to use the same card again. This is to prevent fraud and increase customer satisfaction. Please use the link sent to your emil address by PayPa when you first made payment to register to PayPal. If you are having difficulties beyond this please contact PayPal (www.paypal.ie / www.paypay.co.uk) directly who have an excellent customer care team.

A If you can select your club name from the drop down list in members regestration your club has been successfully registered.

A Club Administrator can access their clubs login page here or by pressing the "Club's Login" link on the right hand side of this page.

A Check with all committee members of your club that they have not received these details. If no one has received these details please contact Cycling Ireland.

Q How do i Affiliate my club for 2008?

A You will be alerted through your management alerts on the right hand side of your main admin screen, if your club is not affiliated in the current year. Click on this link to Affiliate for that year. Once affiliation has been requested, you will be requested for online payment.

Q How do i know if my club is affiliated for 2008?

You will know if your club is affiliated by the alert being removed from the Management Alert section. You can also select Affiliations from Club Management on your admin panel and a list of all affiliation requests assocciated with your club will be listed.

Q How do i pay for my Clubs Affiliation.

A Once you reqest Affilition you are prompted to pay. If this is an inappropriate time you can pay at any time by going to the affiliation section of Club Management and selecting the buy now button.

Q How do i enter in my members details.

A You can request that all members fill in the membership form at www.cylingireland.ie. Alternatively you can enter a members details by selecting Add Member from your Members Management section. Please read all prompts correctly when registering members. Once you have finished entering your members details you can request a licence for this member.

Q How do i reset a members password.

A You can reset a members password by selecting the members name from Members Management. Under the Username and Password section you simply press the reset password link. The members username and a new password will be sent to the email address assocciated with this member.

Q How do i request a Licenc for a member.

A To request a licence for a member e.g. called "John Doe" , simplty enter Members management, and select the letter "D" from the "Search for member by Surname Alphabetically" section. In the results page find the name John Doe and on the same line his corresponding "request" hyperlink. Click on this link to request a Licence.

Q How do i delete a members licence.

A All licences assocciated with members are only requests until paid for. All licence requests can be deleted by selecting to edit the members details under Members Management. At the bottom of the members details is a list of all licences assocciated with this member. You can delete a licence by selecting the appropriate red cross asocciated with the licence. Only unpaid licences may be deleted.
